We are happy to answer any questions you may have in English or German. 

When contacting our customer service please have your contract account number ready. Note that if you are not the account holder and wish to discuss contract matters you require a power of attorney from the contract holder. Due to enhanced data protection this also includes you as a spouse in case you are not the contract holder yourself.
