More Than Ten Years of Successful Business
Our company was founded in 1997 as a subsidiary of the former East-German energy provider VEAG Vereinigte Energiewerke AG. Back then, we named our business VEAGCOM Telekommunikationsgesellschaft. Since 2003, we are part of the Vattenfall Europe group. Our holding company is Vattenfall Europe AG. In April 2004, we changed our name into Vattenfall Europe Netcom.
Cross-Border Connections in North, Central and Eastern Europe
Beginning 2000, we co-founded 4cE – For connecting Europe, an alliance of network providers from Poland, the Baltic countries, Austria, the Czech Republic, Denmark, and Germany. Via one-stop shopping, 4cE offers cross-border connections and co-location facilities in all member countries and neighboring regions.
